What a really cute hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, it was clean, the pool was warm, a block away from the beach restaurants and bars what more can you ask for? It was such a comfortable place to stay at it felt like you were staying at a personal home. We stayed at the Hilton before this hotel it was dirty but this hotel was really clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have nothing but great things to say about my stay. I booked a 3 night stay and was blown away by the customer service, comfort, amenities and hospitality. The resort fee is 100% worth every dime. The beach cart was a great plus. The pool and grounds were also beautiful. Parking was also nice, my car was safe and it was convenient. The included breakfast in the morning was great, they had a little bit of everything. The rooms are spotless and up to date, above all the girls in reception were the kindest and they truly are a gem to this beautiful hotel. I cannot wait to book my next stay!

We found this gem while attending the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS). It was in walking distance from the main venue. The hotel is was a mixture of classy chic, modern with old school charm all at an affordable rate. It is truly a boutique hotel offering a genuinely unique, ultra convenient lodging experience.

Great little hotel, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 mins to the nearest bars, and 10 minutes from the main strip. Spacious rooms with coffee making facilities, fridge and microwave, all very clean, large bathrooms and all room appear to have a balcony. Extremely accommodating reception staff who are very polite and friendly. Simple but nice breakfast, pool and outdoor seating great. Plenty of onsite parking should you need it.

**TRAVELERS BEWARE…. ….You will never want to stay in another establishment in the Ft Lauderdale area after staying at Barley House. The service? Welcoming. The area? Fantastic. The amenities? Absolutely exceptional. The atmosphere? *Chefs kiss*. We stumbled upon Barley house looking for a last minute hotel before our cruise as we decided to come down a few days early last minute. This meant early check in, and the front desk seemed more than happy to assist with this (made this trip much much less stressful). We checked in with a breeze and headed to the room which was STUNNING. We just became more and more happy as we walked around checking out the room and property. Comfortable bed, Updated smart TV, Great size fridge, beautiful bathroom with the best scented soaps and the like. The check in area also smells wonderful ( we actually meant to ask before we left what the scent was). They provide an umbrella, wagon and beach chairs for the beach across the street. We utilized it for the two days we were there. i cannot think of any negative remarks. I wish we had seen this place before booking our return hotel after the cruise. to go from Barley House, Celebrity Retreat Class and into a dump resort up the road is rough. Will be staying at Barley house on our next trip in 6 months!

A truly outstanding brand-new hotel with exceptional attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfectly complemented by an excellent design throughout the property. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are not only neat but also thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The pool area is beautifully designed—stylish, serene, and a real highlight of the stay. Highly recommended!

As a hospitality professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a formal concentration in luxury hotel operations, including professional experience in international luxury markets such as Lake Como, Italy, I evaluate hotels with a critical and experienced eye. This boutique hotel is an absolute standout and a clear example of how modern hospitality should be executed. From arrival, it was immediately evident that this property is thoughtfully designed, impeccably maintained, and operated with genuine pride. The hotel feels newly established, and that freshness is reflected in every detail. The space is modern, high end, spotless, and beautifully curated while still feeling warm and inviting. The rooms far exceeded expectations. The inclusion of a full sized refrigerator and microwave is a rare and exceptionally thoughtful touch that adds both convenience and comfort. Every element of the room felt intentional, elevated, and meticulously clean. Location is another major strength. The hotel is less than a three minute walk to the beach, making access effortless while still maintaining a peaceful, boutique atmosphere away from heavy foot traffic. One of the most impressive amenities was the complimentary beach setup. Guests are provided with beach wagons fully equipped with a large umbrella, cooler, two chairs, and beach towels. This level of preparation removes friction from the guest experience and reflects a truly guest centric operational mindset. The attention to detail throughout the property was exceptional. Complimentary fruit infused water was available, and the signature scent throughout the hotel subtly amplified a feeling of clean, modern luxury. These sensory details elevate the experience in a way that many hotels overlook. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations and felt thoughtfully curated rather than basic. Non dairy milk options were available, and the inclusion of smoked salmon for bagels and lox was an elevated detail that demonstrated care and intentionality. Most notably, the staff truly sets this property apart. Every interaction was warm, welcoming, and genuine. The team clearly takes pride in both the property and the guest experience, which is evident in the consistency of service and atmosphere. We stayed here prior to a cruise and genuinely wished we had booked this hotel for after the cruise as well. It is exactly the kind of place you want to return to after traveling. This hotel delivers true boutique luxury with ease. Beautiful, spotless, well managed, and genuinely guest focused. I would stay here again without hesitation and recommend it enthusiastically to travelers seeking a refined, modern, and thoughtfully operated boutique hotel.

Clean room, very nice bed, very nice check in process. Excellent shower. Checked in early with no fee, had breakfast until 10:30pm on a saturday. Wasn’t that nice but didnt even know breakfast was included so not taking off for that. Very walkable to the beach and have a pool. Very nice view on both sides of your balcony. Let us leave out luggage and explore before our cruise
